About Our Clinic

Why do you have password-protected areas on your website?

Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password.

How do I get my password?

If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at (905) 713-2366 or by e-mailing our clinic at askus@legallaisvet.ca. One of our staff members will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password.

What are your hours of operation?

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m.– 7:00 p.m. Saturday we are open from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Please call (905) 713-2366 to book an appointment time that is convenient with your schedule.

What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open?

In an EMERGENCY during our business hours, please call us at (905) 713-2366 and let us know what the emergency is, if possible, so we can prepare for your arrival in advance.  After hours please contact the Emergency Clinic of York Region at (905) 953-5351.  Click here for further information on the Emergency Clinics hours of operation and address location.

Where is your clinic located?

We are conveniently located on Wellington Street East almost directly across from the Go Station.  You can access our hospital off of both Centre and Wellington Street. Our address is: 150 Wellington Street East and parking is available at the back of our building.
