Our hospital collects personal information regarding our clients and their pets for our purposes and from time to time to pass onto referral clinics or other medical facilities.  This information will only be used in the strictest of confidentiality unless prior permission from our clients are obtained.  It is our hospitals intention to keep the identity of our clients and our patients medical information private.
